Mörby Centrum, located just outside Stockholm, is a popular shopping center with shops, restaurants and cafes, gyms, businesses, libraries, service and care facilities and parking garages. Mörby Centrum will begin a renovation project, Danderyd’s new shopping center is expected to be ready and inaugurated in 2020. Today, the area consists of 18,000 sqm of trade in 20,000 sq.m.
Efmab and Mörby have been collaborating since 2018 and the planned changes means that together, Efmab and Mörby relationship will continue to grow.
The tasks with Mörby are a particular character challenge and require that something extra from the cleaning team. Renovation and shared spaces in a shopping center is not always a dance in the roses, where the public areas such as toilets, resting places and garages are particularly vulnerable areas with extra demands for decontamination and waste management. Despite challenges, Efmab delivers a result that, consistently receives 100% satisfaction from its clients.
