Stockholmsmässan is the largest meeting place in the Nordic region with around 70 industry-leading fairs and hundreds of national and international congresses, conferences and events every year. Stockholmsmässan is a unique place for world-class meetings,where Efmab is an important piece of the puzzle in their business.
Efmab was first commissioned by Stockholmsmässan in 1997 and since then have been a faithful supplier of a comprehensive selection of cleaning services. The current 5-year contract involves keeping a total area of 120,000 sq.m. shining clean.
Keeping the Stockholm Fairs in its best condition before, during and after fairs and congresses is a challenge that places high demands on Efmab’s machinery fleet, personnel, logistics and, above all, waste management. For example, Möbelmässan is the most resource-intensive fair of all of them, which among other things produces 600 tons of waste in 10 days.
Large areas, short deadlines and many fair visitors in circulation require careful planning and scheduling as well as constant problem solving, quick decisions and the ongoing vision that everything is possible.
